  • Upon your arrival at Langkawi, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax for some time. Rest of the day is free for you to explore Langkawi on your own.

    Later in the evening you will be transferred to experience a sunset cruise with cocktails and dinner. Enjoy great photo opportunities from beautiful sunsets to wildlife like flying fish, eagles and dolphins. Witness a spectacular sight of the tropical sun sinking into the Andaman Sea. Enjoy a salt water jacuzzi and a sumptuous 19 course BBQ dinner and salad bar on board. Return back to your hotel.

    Today morning, you will proceed to Mount Mat Chinchang and ascend its peak by cable car. Take in the stunning views of Langkawi and the hillsides down below as you listen to your guide explain how this suspension system is the longest in the world between two stations. Marvel at the fact it was constructed without a single road being laid through the jungle! From the mountain’s peak, head to the Oriental Village where you’ll enjoy time to wander the shops, engage with locals and sample traditional cuisines for lunch (own expense). At the end of your tour return to your hotel

    After breakfast depart for Genting Highlands. Enroute we make a short (as per inclusion) photo stop at Batu Caves – Batu Caves is a limestone hill, which has a series of caves and cave temples, and it is the shrine of Lord Murugah, a Hindu deity. Later, continue drive to Genting Skyway Lower Station to board a cable car to the peak, the journey takes approximately 15 minutes (cable car operation is subject to weather condition). Genting Highlands, located at 2000 meters above sea level, offers a cool respite from Malaysia’s capital city combined with all of the excitement, luxury, and many exciting things to explore

Important Information & Guidelines

  • From January 1, 2023, a tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night will be charged by hotels in Malaysia which has to be paid to the hotels directly at the time of check-in
  • If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
  • Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
  • Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
  • Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
  • Private Transfers doesn’t imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 30 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.

  • If you are traveling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur or vice versa by Coach, please note that the journey may take 6-7 hours and coaches can be delayed if there is rush at immigration.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

  • We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
  • The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.
  • Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
